MacNeal School is committed to providing seamless programming for each student. Therefore coordination of services between school and community is critical for student success. MacNeal School's social workers head up the school's efforts to ensure community based professionals are involved in the student's programming and all efforts are made to coordinate and integrate these services. This coordination is in effect during home/school meetings, IEP/MDC staffings and during student crises.

It is the belief of MacNeal School that the coordination and stabilization of these services become the initial building blocks for the appropriate reintegration of students into their home community.
